@eli6370 If X is too close to an object he can't airdash. You hear the sound though but he doesn't move indeed. But that's just the way it is. He can't dash through walls or enemies that are in the way.

@maddrex77 It's because i'm in izzy glow's stage and there's a part of the stage full of spikes.There are some blocks that are disappearing and then reappearing.I go to the first block.I try to air dash and:Nothing.The block disappear and i fall on the spikes...

Alright, how do you beat the damn intro boss! He heals 200+ HP after every attack while X does only about 30 from his special attack.

How do you beat him or do you wait it out? Cause dying gives me a Game Over.

Actually that number you keep seeing after he attacks is a HP counter. Its just showing the remaining HP of the Boss. I thought the same thing when I first saw it. Just keep attacking the boss and watch the number keep getting down.
