I'd like to know if I should have other qualifications first.Should I have a certificate in english language or in computers?Do you demand any qualifications? In Brisbane does the header course take place?Shall I stay there for the 7 days of the training?
I am very happy having at last an answer from you.I have already sent 2 mail on your site with no reply. After taking the harvester course , i have one month on getting a job? will your company help me find one?could you recommend me in other bosses to work for them? if i fail to take the course , can i try again immediately or i have to wait for one year?how extended are the corps there?we calculate our crops here in acres...
@NickSam121 We are sorry that we have not answered before and we will make sure that it does not happen again and thank you for bring it to our attention. To answer your questions - We do not handle agricultural placements, but we will put you into contact with companies that do. Our training is competence based, so we have a lot of practical training on the machinery. Then you are assessed to see if you are competent to operate the machinery. We also calculate our crops in acres.
Is that so easy?Travelling in australia, taking the training course with costs at about 1100$ and begin working as a combine harvester driver? When the courses take place? Earlier than the harvest season or during that? After those cources, will i have the CDL licence or the Certificate III in agriculture as you say in your site? Why in your site,i see the Certificate III will cost me 3600$?The profits are 15000$?However,those are lots of money depending on the economical crisis.Answer me
@NickSam121 Thank you for your enquiry. The combine harvester course is part of the full Certificate III. The cost of the combine harvester course is $1476.00AUD, which includes 7 days accommodation and 3 meals a day.

Hi! I had already contacted you once but i didn't take any answer. I am from Greece. I have my new Holland TX36. I have been working in agriculture since I was born with totally 7.000 hours. I am extremely interested in working as a driver in a combine harvester in Australia. Please tell me all about the job , the stuff , the daily working hours and the equipment.Except the dreaming of the travel , I d like that mission to be profitable to me.Thanks a lot.I am looking forward to your reply.

4months of work-15000$...to low man...i love this big equipment but ill rather go to Afganistan or Iraq...a lot of more money just to drive trucks...35000$ for month...but I'll go with my nation army there...:D
I'm from Texas, U.S.A. And I've run several harvests through the plains including New Holland, Case, and John Deere equipment, I have a CDL license and plenty of hours in a tractor/graincart. Tell me, how long is the harvest/wheat season there and how much money can a man make over that period of time in Australia? Thanks.
Justin, the harvest in Australia last about 16 weeks from middle to late September and runs to about the middle of January. In this time the minuim you could expect to earn is about $15,000 aud gross depending on the weather. Contractors pay different rates, so you could earn more.
I am interested in going to work in australia. I'm tractor driver and combine driver. I can work 2-3 months. I'm from Poland and I have to repurchase in both sides ticket. How much can I earn by these 2-3 months of work to subtract the ticket price and where I can sleep ?
The Header Course costs $1100. This price includes all accommodation, meals and training material. Most Farmers like you to stay for 3 months but you could still come for the 2 months. You are able to get a job before you come over, if you want more information on that please contact me again. You should also be able to earn enough for a return plain ticket but I can't promise that. As i said if you want anything else please contact us again.
PLUS, could you help me to find out places where i could work for then...? pls contact me its quite hard to find serious companies to get help. so far from home
well ya i am a farmer from germany, we do have an own farm but i am also working at the moment for an agri.service providing company (dont know if i can call it this way) ii used to drive a lot different traktors Corn-harvester and combines, but i am still looking forward to work in australia, so i´d like to join your claases, but i would like to know as well when i should start my travel time and your training so that i am done with courses before harvest time starts
I do this during the harvest time here in The Netherlands, besides my normal day job. It's the best way to spend a nice summer day. I wish I could do this in Australia for a couple of weeks, must be an amazing experience!
I am interested in going to go work in australia and I am more interested in agriculture job, I am a tractor driver in Mexico, please send me more info, Thanks.
