SA and sacramento did have full sized fields, just barely in Sactos case, and since the renovations to their stadium, not possible now.

I agree, the NFL games should put the CFL into their games. With the Bigger field, rouge, extra player, 3 downs, more than 1 man in motion before the snap etc. Then you could play an NFL team, on a CFL field.
Good NFL players don't automatically make the transition into the CFL. Example: Ferragamo, Tom Cousineau, David Overstreet etc. There are critical nuances in the CFL that must be accounted for otherwise you won't succeed.
As a CFL fan for more than 20 years, there was a time I'd agree with you. But the NFL has been incredibly exciting since mass free agency... anything can happen now and anyone has a shot at the Championship.
And, the offenses have exploded over the past 10 years. Nothing boring about the NFL today.

It's not a different form of talent. It's that the NFL has far superior players. FAR superior, it's not even close. Some of the NFL's cast-offs have become stars in the CFL. Darren Flutie SUCKED ass in the NFL, but was one of the CFL's greatest receivers. Robert Edwards could no longer play in the NFL after the injury. But in the CFL Edwards was a viable running option for a number of years.

Ask any Football historian... up until '85 when NFL salaries went through the roof the CFL could compete with the NFL talent-wise (not best the NFL, but compete), but after '85 the CFL's talent has declined drastically because they could no longer keep up with the NFL salaries.
The CFL's talent today is the worst of the worst. Every guy there would rather be in the NFL, but 99.9% of them aren't good enough. Period.
This'd be better if it had been modded out with Canadian field dimensions too, with the 55 as centre field and the goal posts at the front of the end zones.

@scotty2scoops I meant the only city it didnt flop in was Baltimore. Baltimores field was undersized. Its known the endzones were only 12 yards and the field was only 56 yards wide. SA and sacramento did have full sized fields, just barely in Sactos case, and since the renovations to their stadium, not possible now.

Good NFL players don't automatically make the transition into the CFL. Example: Ferragamo, Tom Cousineau, David Overstreet etc. There are critical nuances in the CFL that must be accounted for otherwise you won't succeed.

As a CFL fan for more than 20 years, there was a time I'd agree with you. But the NFL has been incredibly exciting since mass free agency... anything can happen now and anyone has a shot at the Championship.
And, the offenses have exploded over the past 10 years. Nothing boring about the NFL today.

CFL players are built on raw speed and agility. Hard to compare the NFL to CFL in term of talent. Different form of talent. I do admit the CFL is a faster paced game then the NFL. To bad no major network bothers to broadcast the CFL in the states. Oh well, at least they have a recap.

It's not a different form of talent. It's that the NFL has far superior players. FAR superior, it's not even close. Some of the NFL's cast-offs have become stars in the CFL. Darren Flutie SUCKED ass in the NFL, but was one of the CFL's greatest receivers. Robert Edwards could no longer play in the NFL after the injury. But in the CFL Edwards was a viable running option for a number of years.
I admire CFL fans pride, but I feel sorry for your level of delusion.

Ask any Football historian... up until '85 when NFL salaries went through the roof the CFL could compete with the NFL talent-wise (not best the NFL, but compete), but after '85 the CFL's talent has declined drastically because they could no longer keep up with the NFL salaries.
The CFL's talent today is the worst of the worst. Every guy there would rather be in the NFL, but 99.9% of them aren't good enough. Period.

The CFL sucks almost as much as the bears do. Hows you shitty QB situation going? Its been a long time since the early 80s when that team was actaully good. Urlacker cant carry a team but he is in all fairness all you have.
