@kittenblack try it nice and slow you'll find it works the muscles a lot harder. It also lessens your chances of pulling or tearing a muscle. I was showing off for a friend last year out there and tore a muscle in my hip. I was off the pole for almost 2 weeks. A injury like that serves to remind one to stretch, stretch thoroughtly and take it slower.
