@Christianortiz100 hooked a resisitor up to one wire on the subwoofer, connected the LEDs to that, and then grounded them on the other wire on the subwoofer. The resistor and LED varies by subwoofer voltage/wattage, LED voltage, and resistance.
pretty cool but you seriiosly need to cover it up nicely cuzz right now it looks like a piece of shit, and i think its kinda poinless, ur using like a 5 inch sub with isent going to have much watts and probibly isent a really good sub, u should have done it on a 115 inch or something

i'd like to see it on your bike. is it a trailer rig? i'm guessing you have a panel to enclose your box and make your bass deeper.
stop by the bikeology forum and join the conversations. we're trying to get as many bike stereo owners & fans as possible to network there.
it's interesting seeing all of the wildly different systems people are building in isolation. i used to own a CD player & speakers in saddlebags system until the CD player died & my little amp blew. will return in '00!
its actually smaller than it looks in the video, it is about the size of a toaster and fits on the back of the bike. while the bass isnt the best, from my perspective on the seat of the bike, it appears deeper to the rider than surroundings. i supposed closing off the back would deepen the bass, and i will probly workon that
im sure u can find them online, i found it in an unused Kemco/Radionics alarm system that was disconnected and the company never asked for the hardware so i just took it out of the system and figured out how to charge it with a 15 V DC circuit. There are battery websites out there that would sell these for about 30 or 40 bucks and they have a 3-5 year full-capacity life depending on how well they are taken care of
how did you make the LED lights to turn On when the music or your ipod is playing...?
