The unit is just like yours but black and theres two outlets in the front one reads 110v and then 220v I got it to work in the 110v slot but would it be possible to use two american devices in those slots on can only one work>?

You will need to use a USA type power strip and plug it into the 110 v output. This will work as long as you do not draw more than 1000 watts
