Would it look as nice if you removed the henna after it set and just had the stain? I've seen this in unfinished wood but they always left the henna on. Does it stain on material like this as well as it does on skin?
is there a way to preserve it on the canvas, or will it end up peeling off when it dries? ive tried it on paper before, and it always crumbles off, leaving a red pattern...but i thin it looks really nice as it is,greenish-black.
Lovely design - well done. A friend on mine applied henna to natural wood and then removed when dry, the wood was stained with the design and she covered with varnish for her coffee table. very effective.
All very beautiful ,,,,Is any one can tell me how to make liquide henna which we use to put on Eid with Bangles shops, with wooden blocks designe I want to know if some one can tell me that recipes of that blooks mixtures..please (How to make Henna Ink for Woodend Blocks)
Henna is a leaf that has natural colour, when dried and made into a paste and applied to skin it stains for 2-3 weeks like a temporary tatoo. It is traditional in asian and arab cultures.
if you put sugar in your henna then it sticks well. You would have to experiment to find the right amount for you. You can also seal it with a craft glue such as modpodge, but go gently otherwise you may knock it off
greaaaaaaaaaaaaat work!!! love it ;)

@Thecuteelizabeth you should not post your address on the internet, it`s not safe because you never know who will read this. :)
