LOL!! I knew that somebody would eventually make the comment about all the paddling. On big winter swells, the paddle out to the lineup at the jetty is a challenge in an of itself. South Bay locals know this and can appreciate the skill and paddle strength required to get out since there isn't really a channel. I know there isn't a whole lot of surfing in this vid, but that wasn't my goal. Thanks for watching!

I have watched a few videos of this surfer and the paddling is a thing of beauty. No leash and 10' board!
