Great video. Great video quality. I used to live in Gunnison and have driiven this route a lot.  Planning on doing it for the first time on a motorcycle ( i.e. a fast motorcycle ) next summer. I'll probably spend most of the day just running up and down Monarch. Thanks again.

Thanks for posting this too- I plan on driving this in ten days or so, going east to west(to Cimarron). How fast do cars go on US 50? What can I expect out there once I get out there in Cimarron, as I plan to be there for a while?

Thanks for posting this. We will be driving it tomorrow (west to east) and I am afraid of heights, so I'll be driving. I couldn't find this kind of information anywhere else.

Very scenic video. I am still amazed at the lack of guardrails on some of the major highways in CO; as in much of the footage around the 6:00 minute mark
