in a book I just read about Kurts life it says that he almost wasnt able to play this show because he was having heroin withdrawals. Someone in the industry recommended Kurt see a Dr. that is personal friends of keith richards. Luckily Kurt went to this Dr. and was given methadone. Thus he was able to play the show.
