@Ballardian: I believe that the camera is a Linhof Technika III 5x7 with some Zeiss lens, or a Goerz Dagor. He mentions this setup in "Experimental Work" and "Shells". Fun fact, this entire interview strictly follows "Experimental Work" and I highly recommend checking it out from your local library to follow along with the interview.
