  • Obama is the Thug Matia hitman for unions. He is not an American.

  • What do Unions, Communists, Illegals, Thugs, Marxists, Socialists and degenerates have in common? They're ALL Demoncraps,..erh, uhh,..Democrats.

  • I am glad I am in WI and public unions got a wake up call. Glad to see our taxes won't constantly be going up like it used to. It's about time they paid their fair share like the rest of us. I hope WI goes to a Right-to-State. They are doing better than the forced unionization states. We don't need unions anymore and look at what they have become. If you want to unionize go ahead but leave me out of it !

  • What I'd like to know is...when is it considered 'stalking'? Could they call the police to have it end? I mean, if every day, these people are approaching you at work, following you to your car, making unwelcome visitors to your home, and you keep saying no, isn’t that a violation of your rights? Or do unions have free reign to harass?

  • Bunch of weirdos. Why don't they name their harasser?

  • Lets also look at Dana Corp. and its 21,000 employees, and the fact that in '06 they went into bankruptcy. They have managed to stay afloat, but had their employees been union, they would have went totally under. They make more than just 1 product. Look at truck transmissions, heavy equipment transmissions and rear ends and more. Get some FACTS before you sound off with you vulgar rhetoric, Mr.Union Know-it-all.

  • Good for those who held out and wanted the secret ballot. Too bad Union tore up all the ballots. But, that is how Unions do their dirty work. The young bullies today will be the adult Union bullies, tomorrow. Unions are just another way to help America to NOT find jobs unless they pay into the system. Bleeping Mafia! Go ahead, give your earned dollars to Unions so they can go party!...without you.

  • All Unions are killing this country!

  • @thunder LOL glad you're childish attitude is on the side it is

  • Thanks to the unions Dana is bankrupt, scumbag unions talk about 'getting paid a liveable wage' when the products they produce are antiquated on a good day.

When the manufacturers and the engineers try to upgrade the products the unions talk about 'protecting workers rights' which translates in to' dont force the assembly line workers to learn a new skill to produce an advanced product.

  • Right-to-work = Right-to-be-underpaid!!! . .

  • @anarksee Without right to work = no work!

  • Right-to-work = Right-to-underpaid!!! . . .The French would never tolerate such shit from the Rethuglicanazigeddonists!!!

  • @anarksee Then move to fucking france.

  • @ThunderAppeal Perhaps I'll stay here to help destroy this evil shit!

  • God forgive that anybody give you the right to have a voice in the work that pays for your house, your car and your whole life. No a situation like that you should just shut up and do what the bos man tells you too. Until he decides to mess you over and then your whole life is destroyed. You don't need a contract, but your Boss gave himself one???? LOL if your not able to see through the Millioaire Bosses.

  • without unions you idiots would be working 16 hour days for 2 dollars an hour. What idiot would not want a union probably the same idiot who thinks 10 a hour is a good paying job.

  • @morrowshere Those days are long gone. Unions do more harm than good for the last 40+ years at least.

Unions were important when there was the threat of the triangle waist shirt factory, today we have OSHA and other government organizations that put a minimum standard on worker safety. Furthermore the public will not tolerate worker abuse. Youre living in ancient history.

  • Ban trade unions.

  • i am proud to say that i have organized non union workers in my trade and i always respected their privacy as well as their view if the did not want any part of being in a union. i gave them the good the bad and the ugly about belong to a union and was never a used car salesmen about it! and for the record i was not paid to do this i went on my own time and worked for a few nonunion employers when i could have been working a union job making more money in my wages and benefits

  • Unions are thug pieces of shit. I've had several run-ins with the operating engineers 150. Biggest bunch of communist dick sucking assholes I've ever known.

  • as i view this video this group of employee's wasn't fooled by unions organizers lying, all the interviews was brave tp stand up for rights not to allow the union in, the unions protected the lazy workers, in dana corp auburn hills,mi under the UAW LOCAL UNION 771, just protected the special group of employee's like one who stabbed a employee, company never had her arrested and sented to jail, still today she still has her job, maybe next time she will kill someone, how the company cover this,

  • Unions operate just like the mafia.

  • This group of dana employee's are brave and hero's to stop the uaw union coming in , at DANA CORP AUBURN HILLS,MI, FOOL BY THE UAW UNION LOCAL 771 organizers, never help the good workers just the thugs and goons who threaten employee's, i lose my job because of the UAW UNION, sent my complaints in to mark mix and no answer back just asking for money to support him, when workers can be fired for no reason we as worker have a problem, the laws allow this to happen, by the lawmakers,

  • First, check out what George McGovern, a longtime friend of unions, has to say about EFCA. It isn't favorable to the union point of view and the propaganda they're putting out.

  • That's right. Don't listen to anyone who's supported unions for decades, and has read EFCA and expresses reservations about it.

Unions are petrified that they've long since lost the majority of working men and women in the U.S Auto workers are also comine to the realization that they have to share in the blame for the troubles of the auto companies.

Sure, the execs have to take a great deal of blame, but excessive union demands over the years have brought company & union where they now are.

  • IWLocal8 is a total fucking joke. He mocks people about having others making up their mind for them and then he comes out in support of a fucking bill that would pretty much remove my right to make up my mind by removing the secret ballot

People are not giving you a thumbs down because they are afraid of the truth, they are giving you a thumbs down because you are a dick.

  • LOL Sounds like a lack of balls if you wouldn't cast an honest vote unless you're behind a curtain.

If you knew what the EFCA was all about you'd know that "Card Check" had been removed a long time ago.

Silly little troll - get informed and learn how the current process works - then compare that to the EFCA.

  • @IWLocal8 The only reason America needs unions today is to put worthless thugs somewhere, otherwise they would be running around and mugging people.

  • @IWLocal8 You posted this message a year ago and even then Dana was bankrupt, what does Dana make that makes it competitive with the world market? Solid rear axles? You fucking clown, no international auto manufacturer uses solid rear axle on their passenger car anymore.

Dana is on the verge of being bankrupt but you fucking selfish thugish bastards talk about 'liveable wage' and when the money runs out you scumbags collect unemployment. Fuck you union thug scum.

  • @IWLocal8 Fucking thug scumbag bastard. If someone wants to vote behind a curtain that is their RIGHT you fucking scumbag. No one has to fucking tell you jack shit about how they voted you fucking jackbooted facsicst worthless scumbag. The main reason fucking tards like you join unions is because you dont have a fucking clue how to function. You need to be told what to do, you have on initiative, fucking asshole. You think everyone in the world is as fucking retarded and inbred as you.

  • @ThunderAppeal Your mama must be real proud of you! LMAO

    Get a clue moron!

  • @IWLocal8 She is, but your momma must be *real* proud of you scumbag after you fucked her last night.

  • @masanf That fucking asshole is the the common denominator in unions, look at his fucking channel, he even prides himself as being references a 'union thug'. Fucking fascist scumbag piece of shit that he is.

    Degenerate scumbag that he is.

  • as i watch this video this 50 employee's are the hero, not the NRTW all this group wants credit for doing nothing,in the pass sent in complaints about the actions being done at DANA CORP AUBURN HILLS,MI by the UAW LOCAL UNION 771, never received a answer just requiring a donation, the NLRB,ACLU, EEOC, are frighten of the detroit UAW UNIONS, the laws protected them, i was innocense prove guilty by the unions thugs,if you are white old man you are in trouble, you have no rights !

  • These right to work idiots are not working class people.

They cannot help me get the salary or the benefits I deserve the way that my union can.

This right to work crap is hurting the working man more than anything else.

  • I work for a non-union company with 100s of employees here in the U.S. We have benefits far better than any union could offer.

Since we don't have to pay the company to let us work for them, unlike unionized companies where you have to pay the union to work, we're willing to help out and pay for some of the cost of our medical benefits, which are still quite generous.

You see too many unions trying to get a free ride, paying nothing for medical benefits. And 1 wonders why jobs go offshore.

  • Corporate greed is what causes companies to send work overseas. Most of them would still be profitable if they were still here.

Your lucky to work for a company like that. hopefully they won't turn on you.

  • Been with them over 25 years. For us, it's such a benefit to be able to talk with the manager or director directly on a fairly regular basis, rather than having to go through a union rep. Good work is rewarded and sub-par wok isn't, unlike some union contracts where one size fits all and if someone excels there's rarely a bonus and rarely a missed raise due to sub-par work.

  • The company I work for and our union agreed to outsource my department to a local reputable company. (Non union of course.)

Instead of focusing on other ways to cut costs. They decided to go with the cheaper labor.

After hundreds of customer complaints, poor production turnaround time and an even bigger loss of revenue.

The company admitted they made a mistake and in less than a year and a half, they brought the work back to it's union employee's.

The company decided to bring the work back.

  • We do get bonuses - mostly foremen.

  • "We do get bonuses - mostly foremen."

MOSTLY foremen? Sounds like they benefit off the sweat of the people who do the real work. And union members kvetch about greedy corporate officers.

At our non-union company, if you exceed goals or do stellar work, YOU receive a bonus, not just your boss.

I'm betting the formen don't share their good fortune with those who actually did the work.

  • I do. You probably don't know a lot about what I do for a living, but, foremen are expected to bust their asses in addition to making sure the other guys are working.

  • "foremen are expected to bust their asses in addition to making sure the other guys are working. "

It doesn't bother you that those workers, not foremen, who "bust their butts" doing superior work receive no bonuses? Does the union mentality make the workers grateful to their foremen or union higher-ups for giving all workers the same compensation with no reward for higher performers? That's what really saps the incentive to do stellar work and keeps the workers beholden to the union.

  • The Contractor (Owner) pays out bonuses, not the Union.

Are you going to answer some questions, or, are you just Union bashing?

  • Far better? That's GREAT! A Union isn't needed everywhere, but, we'll have a place as long as there are greedy business owners who don't care about their employees feeding their families. I don't mind paying my dues, a lot of it goes towards our training-especially apprentices. We still make a hell of a lot more than nonunion workers - even after paying dues. You get what you pay for. Hope your company stays in business and the owner gets rewarded for taking care of his workers!

  • There are a lot of non-union companies that provide training to their employees free of charge, without their having to pay dues to get it.

Our company at 1 time had 10 regional warehouse, only 1 of which was unionized. That 1 warehouse had the worst performance record of all of our warehouses & was eventually shut down, since it was determined the non-union people were more concerned about doing a job that helped the company, & thus their job, rather than do stellar work for no extra bonus.

  • What company are we talking about? Getting training to work in a warehouse is a lot different than getting training to do one of the most dangerous jobs in the world. I'm betting you also don't require a hell of a lot when it comes to safety equipment. There is no nonunion company that can get done what Union Ironworkers can do. That's not an opinion, it's a fact.

  • We have both warehouses and production facilities, NONE of which have to stoop to using union training. We like to monitor the quality of our production and find the best way to do it is with company training.

Since the non-union workers don't owe a union anything for their job, they have a vested interest in helping their company to excel, rather than help their union officers earn brownie points. And, if one excels, there's extra compensation, not a 1 size fits all contract.

  • Our Apprenticeships are State recognized programs. What do you get that's transferable to anyplace other than your warehouse? The training we give is recognized throughout the US and Canada.

I've already said how great it is that your employer takes care of his people. I know-from history-what goes on when someone in my field doesn't have a Union. Shorcuts to save money. In my line of work, shorcuts means deaths.

  • "I know-from history-what goes on when someone in my field doesn't have a Union. Shorcuts to save money. In my line of work, shorcuts means deaths. "

Large corporations like mine have the state & federal govts constantly watching for workplace injuries.

It makes good business sense for us to maintain a safe work environment for our workers, as well as to keep them infomed on proper procedure. There's no need to insert a union in to have them tell the workers.

  • You sound like a broken corporate record. I'm betting you're more than a little full of some smelly substance...

  • "You sound like a broken corporate record. I'm betting you're more than a little full of some smelly substance"

Bet you thought everyone pictured unions as standing for truth, justice and the American way, too. Must explain why jobs are fleeing overseas to escape the excessive labor costs resulting from extreme union demands.

I contribute to my health care because I realize it benefits both me and the company. Unions seem to think such things are owed them. Gradually, they'll learn.

  • Jobs are fleeing overseas due to greed. If your job gets axed, you're screwed. The AFL-CIO has programs that help Union workers get work for those that lose their jobs.

  • Jobs are fleeing overseas due to high labor costs. If union workers were more willing to show company loyalty, rather than bow down to their unions, they might not see jobs in the U.S. drying up.

And trying to ram card check down the throats of workers certainly isn't going to inspire them into thinking their union bosses are concerned about the democratic process.

  • Even Fox News admitted that the "card check" issue was BS as far as secret ballots. Shows how close to the edge you are. LMAO

What's the name of the great nonunion company that you work for?

  • Unions trust Fox news for their information? Fox has consistently told of the job losses that would result due to card check. And explain why labor's good friend, liberal George McGovern, has expressed serious reservations about it, probably due to the fact it does away with the secret ballot somethat that Democrats, up until EFCA, have been all for.

  • Explain George McGovern's reservations about the elimination of secret ballots by card checks. It's an embarrassment to unions.

  • "Our Apprenticeships are State recognized programs. What do you get that's transferable to anyplace other than your warehouse? The training we give is recognized throughout the US and Canada. "

Our training enables our workers to utilize their skills in any of our facitilites and meets govt safety requirements. And, they're also cross-trained to help out in other areas at the same skills level.

A person working for a company, not a union, has more invested in the company and product.

  • You obviously have no clue about a Union man's mindset.

  • "You obviously have no clue about a Union man's mindset. "

My dad was a union man for over 25 years. Ended up as little more than a drone in a job the union pushed him to.

People who grow up in union families lose the smell of freedom and the right to work anyplace for any employer, learning new jobs with that employer, since they mindlessly follow what they're told.

Let's hope that concessions are demanded of unions in our current economy so jobs can return home.

  • Our Union (because our training is recognized throughout North America) allows us to go and work wherever we want. We have a 1-800 jobline that let's us know where help is needed.(Thanks Union!)

  • "My dad was a union man for over 25 years. Ended up as little more than a drone in a job the union pushed him to." Too bad your dad didn't have what most Union men do. What Union did he belong to?

  • if a organizer's from UAW LOCAL 771 show up at your door at work, lock them out, this local is only interested in collection of dues, and willn;t help your membership, will lead in to trouble for the good workers, help the trouble makers have employee's fired, working conditions will become worst, union willn't follow the union book, makes up rules for the special group of employee's working out deals behide your back, you are not allow speak up about your rights,

  • 2: They are business owners that do not offer benefits or a fair wage and dont want to.

3: They have been raised in a union bashing family and cant think for themselves.

4: They are holding a gouge because they had a bad experience with a union.

5: They have been brainwashed by the main stream media thats ran by the ultra rich and they dont realize they are screwing them selfs

Union bashers feel free to add to the list with your negative comments

  • You forgot the jealous ones..

  • WTF the wing nuts are acting like unions are some evil entity WRONG!!! Unions are groups of working families trying to make life better for themselves and others. So you have to question the motives of the union busters. Union buster fall in to one or more of the following>

1: They are GOP voters that are bitter working union families have some political power and used it to vote republicans out democrats in because they vote for labor more often

    (Cont)

  • EFCA is about the needs of the majority not 5 out of a 1000 people. Right to work is about dividing the work force and denying working family any political power. The working class sees right through your scare tactics and we will stay organized and grow stronger thanks.

  • after reading postings from FLUXCAPCITOR 2008 you are a big supporter for unions well how would you like a production manager push you against a machine, and punch you in the chest with this hand, just for saying GOOD MORNING signed a complaint, at the hearing the plant and union chairperson told me that i was blame it, nothing was done to the production manager, this happen at the DANA CORP AUBURN HILLS,MI BY THE UAW LOCAL UNION 771, AND THREATEN TO BE STAB, BY A FEMALE EMPLOYEE'S,

  • Im a working family supporter; what you described sounds like something for the auburn hills police. If that happens call the police and file a complaint right away.

  • Do not be fooled

This is why companies care about card check, they are not concerned about your rights they are concerned about the bottom line.

  • • Unionized workers receive better pension plans. Not only are they more likely to have a guaranteed benefit in retirement, their employers contribute 28% more toward pensions.

Unionized workers receive 26% more vacation time and 14% more total paid leave (vacations and holidays).

  • Unionized workers receive more generous health benefits than nonunionized workers. They also pay 18% lower health care deductibles and a smaller share of the costs for family coverage. In retirement, unionized workers are 24% more likely to be covered by health insurance paid for by their employer.

  • The most sweeping advantage for unionized workers is in fringe benefits. Unionized workers are more likely than their nonunionized counterparts to receive paid leave, are approximately 18% to 28% more likely to have employer-provided health insurance, and are 23% to 54% more likely to be in employer-provided pension plans

  • The impact of unions on total nonunion wages is almost as large as the impact on total union wages

  • Unions reduce wage inequality because they raise wages more for low- and middle-wage workers than for higher-wage workers, more for blue-collar than for white-collar workers, and more for workers who do not have a college degree.

  • Strong unions set a pay standard that nonunion employers follow. For example, a high school graduate whose workplace is not unionized but whose industry is 25% unionized is paid 5% more than similar workers in less unionized industries.

  • Right now you find the UAW union for the suppliers worked for the company, at DANA CORP AUBURN HILLS,MI under the UAW LOCAL UNION 771 , which has make the working condition worst. the union chairperson has the power to choice who will be fired, I was innocense prove guilty of a drum up charges, and was refused a polygragh test by the union president, only the employee's in the special group are protected, this group can brake rules and cover up, my life was threaten many times by the thugs,

  • For every one wing nut with a horror store there are 1000 of people that unions have helped. Unions raise wages of unionized workers by roughly 20% and raise compensation, including both wages and benefits, by about 28%

  • Unions and non union workers will kill whats left of the Republican Party, EFCA pass or not. The majority of voters are fed up with the GOP bull s**t.

  • Union representation has proven to be better for workers and the workplace itself. A unionized workplace is a better place to work. It is safer and pays better, and provides workers with a voice to management with the muscle to back it up. A union worker is a worker who receives more pay, more benefits and, just as important, respect and an ear from management. Thats the union difference!

  • unions are all but dead an gone in this economy..we got federal laws protectin workers........why should i pay some org. to let me work??that how the mafia started unions!!!!!!

  • Lets see here:

The takeover of GM three days ago was a big pay back to the union bosses.

Obama has issued an executive order imposing union only project labor agreements on taxpayer funded federal construction projects.

The Card Check Bill on the table.

Repeal of section 14(b) of the Taft-Hartley on the table.

Attempts to unionize all police and firefighters by federal fiat.

Billions and billions taken from workers paychecks.

Come join right to work supporters when you wake up.

  • Just because some militant anti government anti union nut jobs has a bad experience with the union dont make the whole union system bad. If your union is so useless you could find a non union job with higher pay and better benefits. Why should a majority of worker that vote for a union suffer sub par wages and benefits just because some militant nut job has a problem with the whole world?

  • so your idea is to kill the unions and lose any political power that the working middle class people have and have Americans work for dirt-cheap?

unions are the only political power that the working middle class people have. Without unions we would have no push back against the ultra rich power base and we will be working for peanuts. Dont fall for their anti union propaganda its an attempt to divide the work force.

  • Fox Noise is no longer an objective source of info. Suddenly there is concerted effort on the part of Fox to attack Unions. That's right! Screw the workers!

  • FluxCapacitor2008 is obviously a Union guy, possibly a recruiter so the nonsense you spew is really just propaganda from the Union Bosses.

Card Check legislation is not Free Choice regardless of what they call it. This is America and the American way is one person = one vote. No one but that person and God know how they actually voted. Many have died to give us this right to vote and there is no way that Card Check should be allowed to pass.

  • Adolf Obama is following predecessor's (Hitler) plan, using a crisis to become a dictator! He wants children to go through depression screening for deprogramming, wants a Board to dictate medical help we are entitled to, wants to take away rights to secret ballots over Unionization! What have we got left? Union Goons will force or coerce you into signing up, much like the Mafia! This is America???? The Land of the Once Free????

  • this group of 50 employee's are hero's to me and have guts, but the employee's in auburn hills,mi dana corp are a group of cowards, the uaw local 771 organizers are a group of lieds, many employee's who was innocense lost their jobs because of the union chairperson, small group of special employee's allow to walk around cause trouble,if you are in the special group of employee's always protect, if you are not careful, you will be set up to be fired, and no support from the union president

  • Once a majority of workers indicates they want a union by signing cards, the company should not be able to drag the process out for months as they can under a management-controlled election process. The will of the majority should be recognized.

  • "a management-controlled election process"

Thats called a neutral election process. Do you know why the process takes 90 days for a vote? So that FACTS can be presented by the employer and those who do not want the union, as well as those who do. Many, many, MANY instances during an organization drive, things are promised by organizers that simply can't be fufilled. Unless its in writing, it has no merit, and during this 90 day process, people become informed of that.

  • Any person who breaks the law will be subject to penalties under the Employee Free Choice Act.

  • In fact, academic studies1 show that workers who organize under majority sign-up feel less pressure from co-workers to support the union than workers who organize under the NLRB election process. Workers who vote by majority sign-up also report far less pressure or coercion from management to oppose the union than workers who go through NLRB elections. In addition, it is illegal for anyone to coerce employees to sign a union authorization card.

  • The unions destroy every single company they take over!!!! It' not just my opinion, IT'S A FACT! Look it up.

  • This is insane! And this is where we are going?!?
