a fire is not a fire, theres different ways of putting out fire. therefore fire is just not fire.

because there probably no brush fires for a while and it was a small brush fire. so they used it for training.

Training is training. This is a fire, they are gaining experience.

they really dont bring a chopper in for something like that. I work for cal fire and we really dont do that inless its good for training.
