When you start up your camera or start recording, it'll create files on your computer that will be automagically scanned by your antivirus/protection software. That can be contributing to the problem. In most cases you can turn off the antivirus/protection software, record your thang, then turn it back on.

It's my guess that the freezing occurs when either your internet connection is slowing down to much for the YT servers to continue to direct capture from your computer and it 'lags' a bit. Maybe you were trying to record at a higher than normal traffic time on the YT site. This one worked fine. :) Might want to contact your ISP and run an internet speed test to see if you are getting the internet speeds you are paying for. Hope this helps!
