Just imagine loving parents and with a teenaged daughter saying "i know what i'm doing dating a less than admirible boy who smokes pot and listens to this type of music......She goes out the door the boy and daughter end u having children "OUT of wedlock....."
Furthermore, He leaves her....... SHE'S stuck as a single parent , poor and unskilled to raise 2 or more children on her own.
This all started because she "supposed that she new BETTER than her Mother...

It's funny how differently Nancy and Ann think about Break The Rock...but I totally get the whole chain gang thing out of it for sure. Nice interview, I have the DVD and I love it so much. :)
Alice In Chains bassist Mike Inez really shines throughout this representative sampling of tracks. The Wilson sisters were very shrewd to add him to the line-up.
Goodness gracious, they're still such genuine people! Ann still got the pipes that made her famous, and Nancy is just brilliant, she brings acoustic guitar to a new position in rock and roll. They're the epitome of what all rock musicians should be.
Nancy Wilson has been my heroine since 1978, the year of "Dog and Butterfly," and no one will ever replace her. Beauty, intelligence, kindness, generosity, talent, loyalty. Thank you, from my Heart.
Am I imagining things, or is Ann slimming down a little? Doesn't matter though. She is beautiful, and either way, she is still the Queen of R&R. And Nancy! Wow!!! Still looks the same as she did in the 80's. Heart not in the R&R Hall of Fame? Someone is deaf and blind!!! That's an injustice!!!
@rdm0520 Ann has definitely slimmed down a LOT. She had a gastro-band surgery in 2002 and lost 10 pounds a month for about a year. She looks amazing and moves like someone half her age. Remember, she's a senior citizen now!
Yes,established themselves as the best band in Vancouver B.C. Canada, then got hired to open for Rod Stewart in Montreal where album 1 was enjoying ton's of air play, the rest is history.
I'm sad that Ann and Nancy turned their backs on their 80's music....yeah, the glam look was cheesy but they had some good songs from that era....I wish they would still play that stuff on their current tour.
Wow lovesheart, you've got some great videos. Thanks for posting them. I'll always keep my love alive for Heart! They rock. They sound awesome and they look as beautiful as ever - especially Ann! Wow! She looks so healthy and HAPPY!
I got to see them in Atlantic City on this tour. I was a life long Heartmonger and this was my first concert. What a night! It was well b4 Jupitor's Darling came out, and they did "Make Me"...what an awesome night! Love these gals!!!!
Cool,I was not fortunate enough to see this one,but I saw the 1st tour(Dreamboat Annie)!
And I was lucky to catch the last visit to Vancouver, when they were kind enough to treat us to 2 nights back to back.I am stoked about their new studio album, and I am certain they will bring that show to Canada for us Northern Mongers..Cheers Paul :)

Outstanding to see she is not letting her talents waste away -- Ann Wilson is an absolutely awesome singer.

She still is. It's better than listening to that choke artist Britney Spears.

They are playing "Dreams,Alone and they recently resurrected Wild child!
lovesheart 3 years ago
What about "Never" and "Who Will You Run To" and "Stranded" ???
Hunkola 3 years ago
I guess its not their favorite era, since they were not writing most of those.
lovesheart 3 years ago
Sounds kinda selfish to me.....a lot of Heart fans love that era regardless who was writing the songs.....seems like a dis-service not to sing them.
Hunkola 3 years ago
well, they did recently resurrect "Never". how do u say, it sounds excellent and its great to have it back on the setlist?!

WOW! They sound as great now as they did back in the day. Ann really nailed Robert Plants voice for the Zep song!! Nice and thanks for the upload! :)

I'm so glad that Heart's from Seattle, because so am I! I have at least one band that's not grunge that I can look up to from a home point of view!
