I think this is a legit video... It's not superhuman feat or anything like that. She just applied the right technique. If you would look closely, you will see she stepped on the wall twice to propel herself higher to reach the ball and the padding help with her footing.

Search for brazilian street runners videos to picture out what I'm talking about. She has great instinct and catch though.

It is not really an impossible stunt. Jackie Chan do it in his movies "without harness". It may have taken 10, 20 or a million takes before they got it right but you can do it without harness.
