You will need: 1 bag of Friele Breakfast Coffe A coffee maker Water Optional: Milk Sugar Chocolate, preferably Freia Cooking Chocolate Step 1: Pour 3 spoons of coffee and the water into the coffeemaker Step 2: Wait for the black magic to brew Step 3: Pour in a cup and enjoy TIP: Add milk and sugar or chocolate to the coffee Did you know: Freia Cooking Chocolate and Friele Breakfast Coffee are both Norwegian
The only auto drip I would ever use is Technivorm Moccamaster as it one of two makers in the world that heats the water to the right temperature(94°C) before spreading it evenly over the coffee grounds. But I really don't like coffee from a auto drip and prefer manual pour over for certain types of coffees like from Kenya or Ethiopia and some Columbian coffee too and use the CHEMEX method and pour over the water in the Hario bruno kettle.
What i tried, I used cold water, Then i boiled the water, then used that in my coffee pot. It taste much better than cold water. Its filtered water still, i just boiled it. Dunkin donuts uses water brewing temp at +200 degrees F. So i use the same method, my coffee taste a whole let better. Try it, u may like this method. If not, keep doing trials and error. But i find the boiled spring/filtered water works the best for brewing!
They forgot about sprinkling a little bit of salt in with the coffee grind before you brew it. Not much but just enough to help wake up the taste buds on the tongue.
Because coffee is best made with water that is just before boiling. If you use hot / warm water, it will heat up too fast and burn the grounds as its being made. The idea is to make the coffee, then head it. Thats why there is a heating element on the bottom of most coffee makers
I love the Background Music. Makes me feel better when I'm down. and the coffee makes me feel a bit better, but I like the music better ^-^. Thx Howcast! Can you please please please Make a vid on How to make Cuban Coffee?
Are anyone familiar with some type of coffee called "Kopi Luwak"? It's a special expensive coffee that costs from $100-$600 per lb. They start off as coffee cherries, they were eaten by some arboreal catlike mammal called a "Palm Civet". Those coffee beans travel through it's digestive tract and then shat out all stuck together. Those guys pick up the stuck coffee beans off the ground, they process them and then sell it as "Kopi Luwak". Kopi Luwak is the best coffee.
It's great because I make it. ^_^
I kid. I just came to see if Im doing something wrong.

@unknown243
Cold water is recommended because it is more pure than using hot water that has been sitting in your water heater.
Don't use the heating element, it will just burn your coffee.

1000 A.D? Why don't you just say around the year 1000?
sp15000 2 years ago 2
Wow does that really matter?
Janskleig 2 years ago
because there was 2000 years before Christ. So the year 2009 is actually 4009. The day we started to count years was 1 A.D..
wackedout991 2 years ago
You're kidding me right? There were not 2000 years before Christ. There were like, at least 10,000, if not more.
sp15000 2 years ago
