This is really very good advice. Something I do when I'm crafting new affirmations is that if I say it aloud and it bothers me or I feel uncomfortable saying it, I write it out. The read it slowly. I identify what words are giving me difficulty and change them to words that don't bother me. I do this until the affirmarion feels good to me when I say it. Its that easy. I can change a single word and the entire affirmation becomes gold. So Simona's advice is excellent, use it.
