She has a great voice. Not every member in a girl band needs to have a powerful voice. Plue she is simply recording her harmonies in this video, not a complete solo. I don't get why people are so mean about people they don't know personailty. She is gorgeous, I've been a fan of hers since she was in S Club 8 (Juniors).
