Just use whey proteins and do different muscle groups each training. Day 1-Biceps,triceps Day2-Shoulders,lats ect... Go out side and run for at least 1 hour or ride the bike in your gym for 30 mins to 1 hour to burn fat you can also use the thread mill. Remember keep doing cardio our you can fuck ur self up like me. I used to have good abs when i was in boxing then i started going to the gym and i got buff everywhere and i got abs but i got a freaking belly with alot of fat :(

@AAAACEEEE i apreciate what you are saying and it is partly true, however if you use correct form you should be fine, if you are still sceptical you could always do a quick warmup set with some small dumbells or an EZ bar. at the end of the day he is lifting probably no more than 90% of his 1 rep max during this workout, and due to keeping good form (your spotter will tell you) he has minimal risk of injury. hope this helps
Isn't this over working the biceps? They are pretty small muscles relative to triceps or chest. Doesn't performing this many reps build up a ridiculous amount of lactic acid which has a cannibalizing effect?

I think this workout is too intense and stresses the muscels out way too much. It would be good for experts but not beginners. I did this workout for 3 weeks and i haven't really seen much change in biceps. I doing one or the other of EZ barbell curls or straight barbell but not both.

@downrightdirteh 8 percent?thats pretty fat bro 5 percent and i would have been impressed. honestly when i curl 40's i keep my elbows close to my body but when i do my burn set like scott over here i move them forward just cause i feel a bigger burn when i do. as long as u keep your back stationary and not swing it back and forth, you should get a nice burn and the same results with either technique.some asshats at the gym just use momentum to curl 40s and 45s and have spaghetti arms as a result

@thepunishertonki It's more of a support thing to help him keep proper form, to get the most out of the lift. His spotter isn't alleviating any of the weight

OK. MY BICEPS ARE VERY SORE FROM WORKING OUT... LIKE VERY SORE, CANT FULLY EXTEND MY ARMS. SHOULD I TAKE A BREAK FROM ALL WORKOUT OR SHOULD I AVOID WORKING THE BICEPS?? SOMEONE!!!

@eYeSoFdAnGeR just take a day break between bicep workouts and use protien right after and you should be fine and will get use to it
