There is no question in my mind that Palin was a cynical pick - but, it is also not fair to denigrate her. She is a political pick, not a policy or "VP as potential President pick". I like her, but it is till Obama all the way for me (if I had a vote--but I am Canadian, I don't).

She likely has a bright future on the national stage, if that is what she chooses (assuming she and McCain lose).

I do believe that a commander and chief should not take a nation into war on lies, spy on Americans, suspend constitutional rights such as freedom the press and trial by jury.
