@futurerev21 Electric guitars tend to have thinner strings, making it easier to play. I can guarantee you can pull it off on an acoustic, but it will just be more difficult.

He's right. I have a digitech pedal, set it to acoustic, and sounded just like it. For those of you who don't have this pedal, it's basically clean except with reverb. There is also Amplifier, Noise gate, expression, and equalizer. But., I have no idea what those do.

That's a tough one, depends what you want to play. Ibanez's clean channel sucks I've heard. My preference is Jackson, thin neck, definitely comparable to an Ibanez and amazing sound.

this is a very helpful video. if you know how the solo sounds you can make out how to play it by looking at the fingering. this isnt really meant for beginner players, after all its a difficult song to play.
