Love these nails! I took a pic of these nails and made my nail salon do exactly like these! :) I also did matching toes! came out beautiful... Hey, I did my nails last night and it took me forever, lol. Trying to get the glitter on my right hand took me longer. It was soooo much fun though. I did them the medium length, and then this morning I had to shorten them because they were so long I couldn't do anything. I don't know how you can put on false lashes and all that you do with those long nails. Also, what do you recommend for glossiness without the uv sealer? I don't have a light or sealer, so I used clear polish.

But they don't look very shiny at all. I used the creative nail products Boogie Nights. I ordered my kit since you said you used creative products. I also used your tip about using alcohol for the oily nails and I used nail fresh along with the primer. I hope you do more nail tutorials soon. Also, what did you use to put fruit on your nails. I've never seen anything like that. I guess nail decals with the clear glitter on top.

You have to soak your nails in pure acetone. to break down the acrylic. it is a procedure of soaking for about 30 minutes then scraping the gooy acrylic off with a metal cuticle implement. then soak 4 10 minutes scrape...etc until it's practically gone then you can buff the last bit off. It is time consuming & if you really roughed up your nail plate while preping for the tips & acrylic it can sting when you use the acetone to remove everything after, so do your prep wisely.

Yes it is time consuming...but if you do them right they will last for a very long time & you can fill them instead of removing them. You don't have to start off with them long go short & if you find you don't like them it will be less product to remove. You should give it a try...you may find you have a talent for it & end up loving to do them :)

she used a U V gel so she has to dry them in U V light, if you try to dry it in front of a fan it wont work. U V gel and the light is good to invest in, it keeps your nails shinier longer and it helps stop nail polish from chipping too
