I've had a Liver Transplant 7 months back. I too had recovered very,very well and did a 6 mile walk 7 weeks afer. Whats interesting is you are NOT allowed to drink any kind of bottled water due to high risk of bacteria. You are not allowed to take any other medication homepathy etc. I am now back in the gym and i'm training for a 10k run in May a 13 mile run in Sep and the London marathon in April 2011. The best medicine I can take is lots of good old fashioned positiveness.

i cannot believe that this effin jerk. exploiting the hopes of a cure for the sickest among us. He dresses different ways and tries to pretend that the commercials he shoots are not candid video. Im a liver patient and wanted to hear from someone whos been there done that. Lesson for today is that if your a money hungary swine even after being so close to death.....then you will always be swine. I also wish there was an asshole clause on the liver waiting list. Oh, you are swine? no liver
