I love this song by Andy Barnes and have a couple of versions of it by Rory Block and Patty Larkin,but I also love this choir version as the lead singer has such a great voice. However,I haven't been able to find out anything about Andy Barnes himself,so if anyone has any information on him I would be delighted to find out. The song written from a whales point of view is so sad and I wish the Japanese fishing bosses would learn from this song and cease the slaughtering of these lovely mammals.

I sang this my senior year in high school and got this solo. It was a great experience! I am so glad I found a choral recording of this! I really missed hearing this song from a choir and not just a soloist.
