the fed reserve / world bank injected all togethe a hugh amount of money in to the economy...when there was a large amount of money people started to lend to people who didnt have the capicity to pay it back.. this included businesses etc.. now when the people had to pay back.. they didnt have money so closures etc began... thus the WORLD ECONOMIC COLLAPSE...

The banks were just greedy and gave out more loans to people who couldn't afford them because they wanted the interest and to meet their quotas. When those vast amount of people couldn't pay back their loans, the banks started going under, and then the domino effect happened which is where we are today.

Hundreds of billions of US debt was packaged up and sold to European banks as safe loans with a few bad eggs. This proved not to be the case.

it wasn't the fed reserve that created the economic collapse. The banks were just greedy and gave out more loans to people who couldn't afford them because they wanted the interest and to meet their quotas. When those vast amount of people couldn't pay back their loans, the banks started going under, and then the domino effect happened which is where we are today.

i never said that spending money will elimnate debt. Of course it will rack up some more debt, but the idea is that once we get the economy rolling again, then people wil have jobs, and will be able to pay taxes so then we can pay back our debt.
