@discostubo Because I am not looking through your eyes it is difficult to say what it is. The physical eyes are able to perceive non-physical lights and energy. You can watch this video to learn more: HEAR NON-PHYSICAL SOUNDS. SEE AURA COLORS. GUIDED MEDITATION.
thank u very much for your videos but i was very confused when i got to this one, is my assembledge point out of place and does it need to be directed to the spirtual heart, how can i visualise somethin i dnt know where it is is especially visulise it's centre, my understanding is by visulising and focussing on my spirtual heart i would already be meeting the two??? i have watched the 1-5 few times and im stuck the rest is brillaint tho thank you again, also do u think is car cas is a fake
@discostubo In this video feeling the energy of the Assemblage Point is more effective and accurate than visualizing it. Visualizations are conscious creations of the mind and are easily controlled by the ego - seeing what we believe we should see, rather than what actually is. Where as feeling the energy in your body / aura while remaining in open receptive awareness does not engage the ego nearly as much, if at all.
@discostubo So first try to feel your assemblage point. It will feel like a small ball of tension in your energy field - not in tension in your muscles or tissue. To help, say in your mind "Higher Self, help me feel my Assemblage Point" and then stay in awareness of the area around your chest.
Then to location the Spiritual Heart, ask the Higher Self for help with this too. Now you'll know where the two are located and you'll be able to let the AP moves towards the SH. Namaste.
I don't know which one i fit in, I am not in depression anymore and the first one isn't me.I try it again, also sometimes i am getting messages not really related with the meditation.
You don't have to fit into these. I stated them as examples to help you understand what I am talking about. Most people only have 1 assemblage point (not split APs). The assemblage point will move locations as our perceptions and emotions change.
@Skatee6661234 You may want to come back to this meditation in a week. The 3 will become 1...centered in the area of your area.
It is possible that the Assemblage Point becomes split into 2 or more points. This is common with manic depressives.
Or a person can have "shadow" points that act like memory locations that are easier for the assemblage point to relocate to. This is like people who frequently experience depression or hysteria.
The assemblage point science can get pretty detailed.
@Skatee6661234 Visions will come and go. Some visions offer insight into our current experience from our Higher Self, some visions are just "psychic garbage" that our mind tunes into, some visions are creations of the ego made for self-importance.
The meditation is most important. If you can find meaning in the vision, great. If not.... great. Find the happiness beyond conditions, find the unconditional eternal Love within. Namaste
I felt something weird in my assemblage point (or what I think is my assemblage point) When I wanted to locate it, I immediately afterwards felt a powerful tension in the lower throat area. It was just 3 or so centimeters above the chest bone, right in the middle. It was around the size of a coin too, so I just assumed this was the AP (assemblage point). I've felt this tension before when meditating, but nowhere near as powerful as this.
@h0rnyn1ppl3s It didn't feel good at all though. It's like the same kind of tension you get in the throat when you're about to start crying, one time it felt like it was going to suffocate me! I tried to keep awareness on both the spiritual heat and AP (presumed AP) and I think I could feel it move downwards, as if I was swallowing it. Now even as I'm done meditating I still feel the pressure. So I was wondering, do you think this was the AP? Firstly, this felt to be inside my physical body,
@h0rnyn1ppl3s secondly, I don't think it's supposed to be experienced like that, is it? I have been coughing a little lately (lack of sleep, I changed school after summer vacation and have to get up earlier) so maybe that could be it. But still, I have felt this area before when meditating, so I really don't know. Man this is weird.
