the creator simply hacked smw with lunar magic, and then added custom graphics using yy_chr. yy_chr is a graphics hacker, while lunar magic is a smw level hacker

TAS's (or tool-assisted speedruns/superplays) are just pushing the game to its limit. And I'm not sure what you trying to imply at your first sentence, but If this what your trying to say is "He isn't hacking to do this TAS," then you are correct, but if your saying, "this game isn't a hack at all" you are wrong. This was made in lunar magic most likely, and lunar magic is a smw hacking tool

i love this! A super mario world hack that features super mario bros 3 backgrounds in Super Mario All-Stars and Super Mario Advance 4, and levels layed out like the original Super Mario Bros game! I believe I have SEEN something like this in E-Reader level cards for Super Mario Advance 4: Super Mario Bros 3 TOO!
