Clip his wings buddy the two main reasons are he wont fly away and be killed by wild birds also he wont fly into a window and break his kneck,this talk about you should'nt clip their wings is nonsense especially after these peoples birds have died,there is a lady vet near coylton near Prestwick thats good with birds ,but for beak trims and more serious things you need to go to Cumbernauld Lawry the vet,keep talking to him and handling build on what he can already say.
