if you study the whole video you'll find that he did 0-100kmh in 2nd gear which is even more impressive.

i inferred this because he only switched gears 4 times before topping out at 337kmh.

what he means is a standard mclaren f1.

there  are models like LM whic 0-60 in 2.9s, and GTR which 125-190mph in 5 seconds, which is even faster.

plus its top speed is 407 km/h!!!

hi..not exactly true: the tests proved it goes to 200 in 7,4 and 300 in 18,2 - 200->300 10.8sec, according to this video and the GPS on board the Macca is only slightly slower 19.3 vs 18.2(Veyron), but above 300 the McLaren seams to be quicker to 370 but than the Bugatti doesn't stop acc.. until 407..

the car did 241MPH off of peak power, meaning had the gearing been changed or a 7th gear added the car could have continued to accelerate. So technically the McLaren F1 was gear limited to 241mph

The McF1 "could" be faster, maybe 0-160 (isnt).

Anyway it rocks 4 a 10 years old car.

The MCF1 is a wonderful car, really fast but veyron is faster.

better check out the data before you make a jugement.. I am pretty sure the Mac is faster from 300 to 370 only.. before that and after the Veyron (amazing machinery) is quicker.. It's all due to the fact that Veron is 750kg havier than Mac!! Above 370 Mac has not enough power..

the saleen s7 twin turbo is onbe of my fave cars crysler i think had the fastest road legal car in the world but had to take it all back to the drawing board after finding it had no tracktion but it was said to do 270 mph and a 0 to 60 time of 2.1 but thats just rumours
