im looking at a 1995 1500 with a 3 inch body lift and 6 inch suspension lift with 38 in rims and im trying to get a size comparison cuz i havent really seen it in real life yet, just pictures.. how would it compare?

I need some help, yeah I know, with getting a exhaust system for my truck; 1996 Chevy C3500 crew cab with a 454 / 4L80E tranny. Most is stock but a minor performance chip. do I get glass pack or a regular one. I'm leaning more into the Magnaflow rather than Flowmaster. I hear Gibson is good. So if you will, respond what's better for my truck. I don't want one that sounds like a fucking popcorn but more like "This is what a truck is meant for". Haha. And no, I don't use my truck to race either.

I love it. I just got true duals with glasspacks on my '95 f150 with a 351w.  I love the way the glasspacks sound better than a flowmaster. They have too deep of a tone. I like the loud crack the glasspack gives off.

@zach98silv If you run a vehicle without the cats, usually it will cause your check engine light to come on, because the O2 sensors after the cats. are not picking up correct readings. In many vehicles 2000 and newer, you have to run cats, because the computer uses the O2 sensor readings to control fuel-to-air ratio.

the cat is a emissions part that is legal to have off of a car older than 12 years old but not legal for a shop to take off so finding a place to take care of it will be hard unless you know someone who can weld piping or a hole in the wall place that doesnt care.

after you take off a cat and you have a good exhaust you will see over 20hp change depending on what you drive.

cat is also short for catalytic converter.

i suggest taking off of anything you get.

it has no wiring at all.

Woah woah chill out. Some catalytic converters have O2 sensors in them. Make sure you don't have any of those. It will mess the computer up and make it run like shit. That's if you got a newer vehicle.

take a sawzall or maybe even a grinder and cut it off then go out and buy a pipe and stick you two pipes together and it can be hard to weld exhaust unless you know what your doing, so I suggest getting 2 clamps when you buy the pipe

Cats are Catalytic Converters that are basically required in California because of emissions. They are located underneath the vehicle.
