it doesn't come with any games. just the normal apps like notes, calendar, safari, and so far. i only have those on there because it's my second ipod so i already had all of the games. there are a lot of really good games for free on itunes though. but most of them cost at least $.99

yeah. the ipod touch 3g is supposed to look more like the imac. and have like a silver body, and the screen is going to have a small black edge. it's going to be sweet, but i'm fine with the 2g.

they're both pretty good. but i got mine at the apple store just in case something is wrong. but it doesn't really matter since you can basically always go to an apple store for help. haha its also a bit more fun :)
