wow your brother sold your african grey? :( that's so sad. I hope at least that bird went to a good home with a good owner. it's really bad when parrots are sold to people who don't know how to take care of parrots. they are definitely not like dogs who will come if you call them. they are high maintenance animals, and need a lot of attention constantly in the form of their human family and playing by themselves with lots of cage room and toys.
Dude you should only get 1 Blue and gold macaw because i got 2 females and sold them because they started to fight and get extremely loud in the morning and evening hours.
I remember when my grey was a baby:) now he just tears our house apart:D
