Looks like the driver didn't have a choice. It takes a long time to stop a train, even at slow speed, and if he tried to stop, he may have ended up stopping in the middle of the fire which would have cost lives. In this situation, I think it was a wise decision to drive through and pray.

Great video! Pretty gutsy of the train driver. Probably the only thing he could have done. Better than get caught in the middle of the fire.
