Only a true dancer can dance acapella or to the beat of the beat. The music just gives you a rhythm to choose how you'd like to go fast or slow. But dancing to silence shows you that its not the music, it's whether you choose to use your body a representitive of how your feeling.

I thought a lot of those statements were meaningless and contradictory hype. Dancing is just another form of posing. It's got nothing to do with anyone's soul. In fact the only statement that made any sense was the one at 2:10. You'll get the same feeling you get from dancing from any vigorous work out along to music. It's sound that truly matters. Dancing is just a reaction, nothing special. All art certainly doesn't exist simply to spread pleasure. Who or what gave you that idea? Calm down.
