if its not dmx controllable, and its not LED...how the hell is that super high tech? all it is is a regular bulb and a motor that spins a ball with holes in it. thats probly the least high tech disco light ever made.
I've been using a little 8" mirror ball with two pin spots. I've been looking to improve that situation...LOL. Okay, I have a 600 Watt Kinta, Mystic, a 900 Watt Linedancer, and a 250 Watt Nebula. Then I also have a Vue III to light up the world. For slow songs, I have an 8" mirror ball with two 25 Watt pinspots...LOL.
I've thought about getting a starball like you've got there, but more recently, I've thought about maybe just getting a 12" mirror ball (I really like the old mirrorball effect) and brightening it up with a intimidator color changer (not the scanner). That would put 250 Watts of light on it, and change color :) The starball would be easier to setup though, we'll have to see what I do...hehe.
That light must be super high red hot tempreture =D
