@klgbjd you would have to know the speed and weight of both vehicles at impact to know, as in the case of the plane being stationary and the train (EMD SD40-2) travelling at 30mph with a weight of 166,922 kg would beat the plane hands down (assuming you mean will inflict most damage when you say win)...but if the plane was travelling at say 20mph (for whatever reason, maybe it was taxi-ing...on a railway?!) and the train was travelling at 20mph too, the plane would win, because of the weight.
