Must have jumped on the brakes. The very same thing happened to me. I was lucky I missed the guardrail and went down an embankment and both car and myself were safe.

fuck that country, the bus driver strolls out of his bus and checks for a second to see if the people are alright and no one else stops to do anything
@ZSpwnage You cant make a valid assumption of the country based on these few people; they are not representatives if Taiwan. That would be like someone going to New York have them get cussed out by some ignorant fool who may be having a bad day and have them go back home and say "Well, F#$% Americans and their country; they are all @** holes!! Anyway i wasn't making an assumption of that country as a whole, it was just a comment. Although having been to Taiwan and seeing other shit like this, alot of people in that country are like that and just dont seem to care.

I understand your point that the comparisons are not equal, it was really the principle and logic that I was trying to compare. In any country, people seem to be afraid to be the first to get involved. Everyone says "Ohh, someone else will stop..." and as a result of everyone saying the same thing, no one stops. I've seen this happen in America too; its not just them.
I think that debris of the burst tire from the bus infront caused this car to jump and got out of control.amazingly no one had stopped to help the poor guy out.
