Lol! My grandparents had a dog that we used to say looked like Muffie the mouse! I loved this show as a kid in the 80s..I looked up Nerene Virgen on Facebook she still looks great for her age she said that if enough people request this show on DVD that the people that own the rights might press it..

hey todays speacial was an awsome show back in the days .....for like ages 5-10 it was great a little bit of mystery suppense ...magic , cool sing alongs ,and yeahduring the day the dude slept as an manican but came to life at night he came to life....at 5yrs old it answerd the ?....what do those manican do !...anyway i was that 5-10 yr old kid and was a fan of the show its timeless material .......!

I used to watch this show back in the mid to late 80's on the old version of the Nick channel. I mainly remember the bit where they are mixing paint to show how mixing colors make other colors.

This cartoon is so cute! It has a lot of extra movement, and wonderful flow.

Just look how they move and look around, you don't see much of that, these days.

Characters tend to face one direction and speak without much body movement.

@marianess987I don't think any of the characters can do magic except Waldo the Magician.

They sleep during the day I guess. Jodie decorates the store at night and Sam is the night watchman. Jeff is a mannequin brought to life, so I wouldn't think he'd need to sleep, eat or drink to survive.

Damn it, I think I just over-analyzed the Today's Special metaverse WAY too much. Excuse me while I go check myself into a mental ward.
