"Run of the mill" and "Nose to the Grind Stone" two saying's that I used all my life and never knew where they originated from. Thank you so much for sharing this video for I've never seen a Grist Mill before and I now feel almost like I've been to one in person.
This is one of the best productions I've seen showing and explaining the making of stone ground flour and the operation of a gristmill. Ken Koons and miller Ivan Lufrin cannot be given enough credit for doing such a masterful job!! Congrats
