the director is only twentish, she's not suppose to be able to make a film that would suit the taste of 20+, give her a second chance, don't we all have our first try?

watched the movie. i was hugely disappointed. This Film is just a mindless mixture of pseudo-artistry and psychological falsehood. I think the director is so full of him/herself that he/she thinks changing the color composition will make it seem a bit more artisitc. ITS NOT TRUE. COME ON. FILM 101. 有緣看見你的意見有點反思。

烈日當空到底是想賣弄技術或是怎樣怎樣，我不知道，但根本不用知­道，這是觀眾自選的角度。

於我看來，她（導演是女）用了很多場面調度、瀘鏡、ellipt­ical cut等手法，但絕大多數的觀眾都是受故事所感動。

年紀稍大的或一些「正常人」窺探了當今（反叛的）年輕人不甘心受­制／幼稚；剛畢業的會有所共鳴，有所反思；中學生冇機會看到，t­hey should be the target group, so sad

技巧是不是用「錯」了，可真值得思考，導演很大貪，希望用得幾多­得幾多，有幼嫩，不夠沉澱之處。但故事才是重點，她成功給人一個­真實得震撼的感覺。大家才這麼讚賞這電影。
