It doesn't matter-the U.S. Constitution FORBIDS the government from doing most of what the government DOES in the UCMJ therefore it is unconstituitonal. It DOES address Military law-it addresses ALL law because it is the highest law of our land and it does not give the government, nor government agents a free pass to ignore the Constitution.

The Constitution is clear that if it does not give a power to the federal government, then the federal government does not have that power-read the 10th amendment of the constitution to verify that one-if you've ever seen it. @towerclimber37 Yes I've read the UCMJ it was required in ROTC and during military training. Have I ever read "Blackstone's treatise on mlitary law"? It doesn't matter-the U.S. Constitution FORBIDS the government from doing most of what the government DOES in the UCMJ therefore it is unconstituitonal. It DOES address Military law-it addresses ALL law because it is the highest law of our land and it does not give the government, nor government agents a free pass to ignore the Constitution.

When people get out of hand the cops channel certain ones through who are either not being a problem and at risk of injury from the melee or who are going to be arrested by other police behind the line.
