They're getting better and better with each day. Their footwork and edges are indeed not their strong sides. They have some great artistry though. I don't think "circus" is appropriate with this program. This couple is unique. I don't see them ever having any romantic, sentimental programs like Virtue/ Moir or Belbin/Agosto did in 2008.These two are more Bestemianova/Bukin fierce type dancers.
I agree about their lines though... I hope they improve them soon (to whatever degree it's possible).
I like them, but I somehow feel as though their skating doesn't slow horizontally when it needs to... A lot of nice and difficult vertical movements but not as much long, gliding edges compared to other top couples.

Interesting lifts - that's about all you can say with this program. None of these European teams have fast, quality twizzles, footwork, or strong edges. All the emphasis is on lifts. Might as well be in a circus.
that's true, i thought what V/M did at nationals was better. sometimes i honestly think that judges pick the winner by simply drawing from a hat. (atleast for the top 5)

Да, здесь они были на голову выше всех! Но их 6-е место на ЧМ-2009, а тем более, 9-ое в Ванкувере...Судьи, надеюсь, вы спокойно спите по ночам!

virtue-moir also have a pretty high chance, and they wore purple/pink. so there'll be two wearing pink and two skating to pink floyd.
