  • Working one feet per time is useful when you need to build up strength, coordination between the two is another story, everything is about finding the motion which suits your style best and make both feet capable of sustaining it. About the myspace, we are still finishing building it, I will fill it in the video details once done. :)

  • Also does your band have a myspace, Id like to check them out.

  • Shouldnt you be working both feet at the same time?
