Jesus never went to hell to pay for our sins. They were paid for IN FULL on the cross. That's why Jesus said "It is finished". Jesus also did not literally become iniquity. The expression "He who knew no sin became sin for us" refers to the fact, that on that cross, God the Father treated His son AS THOUGH He had committed our sins. Thus, by faith we also become the righteousness of God, and God looks at us as though we lived the righteous sin-free life of Christ.
"He did all that for you", a typical statement from a con man.
