@artistginger9 There are so many to help, thank you for mentioning foster care. many of today's homeless are abandoned children. The government has more important things to do than to pick up the slack (like making money). It's sickening. I aim to help as many as humanly possible, but I've got to get this off the ground first.

@telemetry9 Perhaps you misconstrued. I never said, nor implied that they are. I'm trying to break the homeless stereotype. A lot of homeless individuals don't get the help they need because the general consensus is that they will immediately turn around and sell items they are given or use money to buy booze and drugs. All I'm saying is that is not always the case, and that there are millions of homeless out there that are victims of circumstance who are grossly overlooked.

@evaninboots The whole point is that the middle class is the majority of the ever increasing homeless problem. That homelessness affects everyone, not just the dregs of society. I'm in complete agreement on an entire new system like the proposed resourced based economy. Complete agreement.

The city where there is culture is where I always do my home-bumming. You cant last in the suburbs on the streets because way to many fake-ass yuppies that live there will call the cops at the sight of you. Most people you try to get a buck from will only say "sorry not today" and some of those will call the po po. But to travel by car, frieght-train or hitch-hike is by FAR the best way to go, especially if life means something to you.
