It's so interesting because chaos, turmoil, and emotional trauma had so much gravity. It's like behaviorally I actually wanted to think traumatic thoughts since the subject is important to me, even though if I was asked if I wanted to have felt worse I would say 'obviously not' because I know it'd lessen my quality of life. To some degree, I've believed those thought patterns to be inevitable so it's so helpful to now realize how easy it is to feel even better.

I need to get in the vortex after listening to this...I immediately made a piece of toast tossed on some olive oil and a dash of whskey and a blob of homemade rhubarb jam made by my son in law. It was absolute bliss....I cant be entirely in the vortex because I worried I might get addicted to it. But then I changed my thoughts and thought well just this once.
