Well if you think of it this way, it has been proven that if you refuse to mentally develop a child by 7 years it is essentially completely impossible for them to learn, as by then their brain has withered and died, by using our brains more we are constanly keeping our brain active and expanding, as opposed to shutting it off. So yeah, everything you think and do and so one, must, in some way, alter your brain.
