  • I am 13 years old and I have just recovered from breaking my Femur. When my leg was broken, I had put on a bit of weight. I really would like to loose this extra weight now and return to my original state. Has anyone got any suggestions for me? Thanks for your time.

  • I don't understand the set thing :P. Just tell me how many of each i need to take before i rest for 10 seconds :) Lovley video!

  • @MrScarygames Do 10 reps of each then rest 10 seconds. Then do another 10 reps until you get to 50 reps for that exercise. Then rest 10 seconds and move onto the second exercise and do the same.

  • another mistake is you wrote 5 sec instead of sets, still a great vid u have really helped me out

  • @entertainment033 Normally justa some dumbbells but we might also start using some of the equipment I showcased in the previouse video we did.

  • hi peter, i've recently lost weight and i wanted to tone my body, so i started eating around 200-300 more calories than i usually do and doing resistance training with about 20 mins of cardio. but i keep losing weight and i feel like my muscles are becoming smaller. what should i do?

  • @kidMGL Well you first need to find out how much calories you need to eat. Sometimes 300 extra cals is just not enought and you can also try and cut the cardio every now and then.

  • what do you do when we accidentally hurt our back when do the deadlift??

  • @acat46 You stop and make sure your form is 100% correct before you do it again. Also use a weight you can handle, don't go to heavy to fast.

  • Will this workout give you bigger abs, or 6 pack abs? And do you do all these workouts back to back with 10 second rest between each set?

  • @Junkboy692 It will help you lose fat and so give you 6 pack abs. You can rest more if you want but you rest 10 seconds between sets and 60 seconds between combo sets.

  • Your 6 week sixpack really helped me not only on my body but on how to train and eat.

    really simple now i do this.

    Monday: chest & triceps + abs Tuesday: legs Wednesday : shoulders Thursday: cardio Friday:back and biceps + abs Saturday:cardio(sometimes) Sunday: rest

    increase the weight by 5llbs every 2-3 weeks great results.

  • @emericaordie15 looks pretty good man, i'd advise adding another day of legs onto your friday as your legs hold at least 50% of your whole muscle mass, they can take a serious amount of work and bounce right back, your metabolism will get even faster :)
