By way of information, this song was composed by Jaikishan saheb, but Shankar saheb was so impressed by the song that he insisted on playing the piano himself (he was an expert pianist), and so they had to arrange for another piano to be brought in and Shankar saheb played it for the recording - and how!

The piano is the soul of this indescribably beautiful song and holds it all together...
